Thousands people work in SUO “MOSOBLGAZ”. Concerning for people – is the most important problem for our organization.

The company carries on some regular work, concerning job placement stability, high salary and pension.

SUO “MOSOBLGAZ” together with a trade union develop a program about employment ensuring and measures, concerning social safety of workers, released because of the reorganization, a reduction of the production volume or economic downturn.

In an effort to improve social conditions, 2 funds were formed in SUO “MOSOBLGAZ”: a social support fund and a fund of the economical incentive.

A sizeable part of the organization’s bankroll goes to these funds.

In compliance with a current legislation and standard acts we provide all workers with industrial safety, introduce modern safety measures facilities, which prevent industrial injuries, and guarantee toilet facilities, which prevent occupational diseases.
